Being Sued. advice please [mail] [summons]

I'm being sued by a CA / law firm on behalf of Citibank for defaulting on a credit card. Before the subpoena was issued, I had already been contacted by mail from the CA and they had a validation letter. She replied with a letter, they had only to check and, relying on the Chaundry case to which I replied back with the Fields case shows that to validate it according to that case and the opinion letter.

rnIch trying to fix my credit card and ran before I these boards. Well anyway, I paid the OC on ATT 10-18-07. I sent a letter to DV asset on 10-24-07. I just received a letter back stating the accout # and a balance of 227.23. I paid 223.35 ATT, I have the original confirmation number and account number. What should I do? FYI, this is for ATT Wireless, which I a customer of the since 2004. If I changed my number appartantly a balance carried over and there it was over

nIch a “debt” that had emerged a few years ago, had a dispute with a service I performed . Bottom line, if services they depend on making and not on that basis I have is were consistently refused to pay. The debt ratio is much sue too little for them to me (although I would do it), so that the issue was never resolved itself) 0.

Faxing Disputes [-1]

Has anyone had success error denied by fax? I faxed several times last week and asked what is the best way to find out whether they received my dispute. I have the delivery reports. Is this an effective method? Do they have this procedure?
