I just had a CA tell me that since they sent a letter to me of 30 days, I had the right to request validation lost. Is that true? I thought you'd ask for validation at any time, if for no other reason than they can not verify the debt to the CRBS without validation you when you called for a DV.

Credit Report Questions/Advice [payment histories] [free credit report]
April 30th, 2011 admin About six months ago I got a free credit report online and I disputed a credit card “Not Mine” as. I never got back to find a friendly email from the Credit Bureau. The account has been updated and reads: “No status”. Its does not mean the amount due owed, balance or payment history but when I redispute online recently appeared an error message that this account has already been challenged, examined and verified by the said creditors tried. Does anyone have any ideas?
