Can I dispute this collection on my credit report now? Should I send a debt validation letter first or ..?

October 30th, 2011 admin Once an account paid, it should be kept in the representation on the CR? It was a car loan, which was last updated in 2007 and paid out. There are a number of late payments on shows which she sucks the life out of my guests. Will that stay on for another five years? Same with Sam's Club CC. October 30th, 2011 admin Reply:I spoke to a woman earlier today at the OCCC's office, she told me that in Texas you dont have to worry about the 30 day thing that it can be disputed and all at anytime and they would have to cease all collection activities
I cant say if this is true or not but thats just what she said so:confused:

Just be careful and DON'T accidently dispute a TL to a CRA that doesn't actually appear on that file!

I know I definitely do not sign for it, but it's okay for my friend to? October 29th, 2011 admin I disputed a collection that is in my chpt 7 BK was added. They went through and marked all my collections in bk. While some were paid before hand. Does it matter to the creditor or the scores, the way they are labeled?

rndanke for the help.Reply:The whole thing is so silly. My score dropped recently because a positive account aged 10 yrs fell off. They go on and on about history being so important, yet they delete your positive history at 10 yrs after closing.
