EQ split my file what's that mean exactly? [eq]

I just recived my latest report from Eq. and they say my file has been split. What is the mean.
rnIst it a good or a bad thing. Is that why things seem to reappear after they deleted?

Reply:If the file has been split that means that you 1) either have too big of a credit file or 2) been using a monitoring service for too long a period of time to cause the file to split.

All they have to do is remerge the file and delete some of the soft inquiries so it can go back together.

Recommend if you are using a monitoring service that stop, this might reset some of the past information if you have been disputing prior to the split. Like one step forward and two steps back.

Reply:It's bad. It means you have 2 files with things split between them. When they merge them it will often include items that have been deleted. Go through your paperwork so you can show them what items have been deleted.
