Need help removing tl of debt past sol in california [asset acceptance] [validation]

I have a collection account (Asset Acceptance), the last sol. CA made the announcement as an old utility bill validation. Only the injury I had false or misleading reporting (type rate should be different when the collection and amount of the collection letter to amount to a credit report). I do not want to just paint because looking at too weak file. What is the best way to go to remove the amount past Sol collection TL's? SOL for reporting in 2011, so I have to get rid of this in other ways. Help would be appreciated.

I recently paid my asset acceptance collection account (not a court judgment) despite disputing it for never receiving proper debt validation. They would not agree to a pay for delete. In regards to debt validation, they sent me a letter stating that they had ordered the files requested, however over 40 days went by and nothing was presented to me. I filed complaints with the FTC, BBB and my states attorney general and through it all, Asset agreed to remove the tradeline from my credit report. Hope this helps.
