Hi everyone. I'm new to this forum and I read everything, but I am confused about this account. I have an old collection Asset Acceptance and I DV'd they passed after the first 30 days. They never responded. I disputed with the CRA and the reports came back with “Consumer disputes this account”. Maybe I'm misunderstanding, but I thought that they could only report “Consumer disputes this account” for 30days. On all three of my CR, they state consumer disputes this account and it has

October 20th, 2011 admin As you might now, I'm being sued by Asset Acceptance. I have on my answers I have to do quite a bit file. He says that I have with files and a copy to the plaintiff lawyer. They have attorney listed in the charge, but shows the address as PO BOX. How am I to take to send this thing over CMRRR if it is a mailbox? Can I make a copy to the mailbox?

Reply:Of course, i always print a copy of my credit report when every i check it and there is a change…i have the copy of all 3 reports in which Asset is not longer on ….i just printed a copies on 6/25/2007 because i notice a change and Asset was on all 3 then …Now here it is 6/28/2007…and they are gone…im waiting for re-insert!!!!

July 21st, 2011 admin again the results of EQ for that . Got it and deleted some paid collections . MBNA but they said it is performed correctly it means CHARGED OFF ACCOUNT. May 17th, 2011 admin Asset filed a motion to strike on my defense. In this they wrote my name in the court docs wrong, and on the envelope. She also got the right to not answer many of my phone.
